Great article by CrunchGear.com's Scott Merrill on bug testing, Toyota and communication, read it here. Makes me feel good about working for a website, things can always go wrong... but when you're dealing with people's safety it's kind of a different matter.

Yes, very true Lena. Product testing is hard :) a bit like looking for a needle in a haystack which may or may not be there! Toyota's team must certainly feel the pressure!
